Bahía Azul mussels are cultivated in their natural habitat: the cold, crystal-clear waters of the Beagle Channel in the South Atlantic.

Their breeding process is 100% organic and sustainable, without contact with other crops or artificial intervention, respecting the marine ecosystem and guaranteeing a product of the highest quality.

Once harvested, our mussels are vacuum-packed in 1 (one) kilo presentations.

Deep freezing is carried out in the packaging at -18°C, ensuring the integrity of the organoleptic and nutritional properties that characterize this food. Maintaining the cold chain is required until final consumption.

The cooking process in its own juices, directly in the container, ensures maximum preservation of nutrients and an authentic flavor, as fresh as if it had just come out of the water.

Thanks to this process, the mussels can be consumed within 12 months of their production date.
