We lead aquaculture development in Argentina.
We developed a rainbow trout farming project in the Alicurá Reservoir, on the border of the provinces of Río Negro and Neuquén.
In 2021, Newsan Food integrated Salmon Trout into its portfolio with the aim of supplying both the argentine and international markets with premium patagonian trout.
It is a product raised 100% antibiotic-free in glacial waters from the Andes Mountains.
The waters are disease-free and certified by the National Agrifood Health and Quality Service (Senasa) and the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE).
